Stacy Winship has dedicated her career to residential property management. In 1994, Stacy started as a part-time receptionist at a 634-unit community in Silicon Valley. Through the past three decades, Stacy’s passion for growth and education led to leadership roles in a variety of companies, including multifamily rentals, institutional single-family rentals, PropTech startups, and build-to-rent. 

As Executive Vice President at Fairgrove Property Management, Stacy’s focus is on operational excellence – aligning people, process, and technology to produce the best results for employees, property owners, and residents.

In 2021, Stacy was selected to join Chief, an international network of senior executive women with a waiting list of over 60,000 applicants. Stacy holds a BA in Sociology from San Jose State University.
