Please visit the Fairgrove Resident Portal to submit your payment online. If paying by check or certified payment, please mail to the appropriate PO Box listed above. 

You may use the online resident portal to submit your rent payment electronically. We accept payment via e-check or credit card. Use of credit card or debit card may result in additional transaction fees. AppFolio offers an additional payment method through PaySlip. 

Please visit the Resident Portal to submit a maintenance request online, speak with your resident manager or call the Fairgrove office at (714) 541-0288.

Yes. Fairgrove participates in the section 8 program. Units are rented to the first qualified applicant with a complete and approved application.

Fairgrove offers 12 month lease terms.
