Fairgrove also accepts Section 8. Units are rented to the first qualified applicant with a complete and approved application. The state of California prohibits property owners from rejecting applicants on the basis of their using Section 8 housing vouchers as a source of income.

To ensure maximum exposure for vacant units, Fairgrove markets properties across over 30 website and advertising mediums including Zillow and Apartments.com.

Fairgrove sends Monthly Financial reports that detail property activity and Annual Summary reports with 1099 statements for its clients. Property managers and accounting staff are always available for additional questions regarding properties and associated financials.
