Transparency
How much transparency does the company provide? How involved do you want to be? What do you want to personally approve versus allowing the management company to decide? What type of real time transparency can the company provide with rent collections, delinquencies, etc.?

Yes. Fairgrove has experience in most forms of affordable housing programs. Fairgrove also accepts Section 8. Units are rented to the first qualified applicant with a complete and approved application. The state of California prohibits property owners from rejecting applicants on the basis of their using Section 8 housing vouchers as a source of income.
