As Fairgrove’s expert project manager, Ben Lewis is tasked with everything related to change management and the implementation of new systems and processes. His extensive experience in managing lease-ups, fire/life safety systems, legal processes and maintenance teams will be critical to helping Fairgrove reach the next level. As a part of his role, Ben enjoys connecting people and processes and helping colleagues to uncover their skills to help them be the best they can be.
Prior to his current role, Ben served as a senior project manager for a tech start-up in the music and entertainment industry. Previously, he spent 15 years in property and asset management with experience in commercial and multifamily properties, single-family homes and student housing. He started his career as a firefighter in San Diego.
Ben holds a BA in public administration with an emphasis in city planning from San Diego State University and is a licensed CA Real Estate Salesperson.
