Yes. Fairgrove has experience in most forms of affordable housing programs. Fairgrove also accepts Section 8. Units are rented to the first qualified applicant with a complete and approved application. The state of California prohibits property owners from rejecting applicants on the basis of their using Section 8 housing vouchers as a source of income.
To ensure maximum exposure for vacant units, Fairgrove markets properties across over 30 website and advertising mediums including Zillow and Apartments.com.
Whether you are an existing client or reaching out to learn more about Fairgrove’s management services, you can expect to receive a response within one business day.
Fairgrove sends Monthly Financial reports that detail property activity and Annual Summary reports with 1099 statements for its clients. Property managers and accounting staff are always available for additional questions regarding properties and associated financials.
Fairgrove Property Management is a full service, third party property manager. Fairgrove handles all property and resident needs including resident communications, maintenance services, rent collections, property accounting and bill payment, service of legal notices and payment of mortgages and taxes. Fairgrove has a seasoned leasing team ready to handle vacant rental needs and works with contractors and vendors to maintain a property, perform unit turnover, or manage capital improvements.
