Fairgrove, formerly operating as Sullivan Property Management, acquires an additional 931 San Diego-based units and increases its regional footprint by 31%.

SAN DIEGO, Calif., Sept. 5, 2023 — Fairgrove Property Management (Fairgrove), a property management firm in Southern California, has doubled its regional footprint in San Diego County with the acquisition of two property management companies. The acquisitions of Golden Property Management and Casavida Property Management has added approximately 900 units to Fairgrove’s San Diego portfolio and boosts the firm’s overall units under management to 7,100 across Southern California.

Fairgrove, formerly known as Sullivan Property Management — a company with nearly five decades of history in Southern California — now manages more than 3,500 units within San Diego County. The fast-growing company expects to expand further in San Diego by the end of 2023, making it the company’s largest region.
